Witness Travels

During the three years of during which the campaign is set, we will repeatedly invite witnesses from countries receiving German weapons exports. They will discuss their country’s situation, the consequences of the use of weapons, their personal experiences and destinies.
Samiira Jama Elmi (see picture) from Somalia experienced war in her home country; a war in which German weapons were used. In his book “Hide When They Start Shooting”, Jürgen Grässlin has described her story. Service/Materials/Books
Emanuel Matondo from Angola allready has reported on the consequences of arms exports during his lectures in November, February/March and actually in June. His regional focus is placed on southern Africa.
